Return Policy
  • All returns must be approved by our Sales Associates
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • All items must be returned in the original containers.
  • Please re-package all returned items very carefully! Items broken in re-shipment to The Potting Shed will not be credited. To be reimbursed for items broken in re-shipment to The Potting Shed, you will have to file a claim with your shipping agent. All items and packaging will be saved by The Potting Shed's shipping & Receiving Department until instructed by you how we should dispense with the materials. If The Potting Shed is asked to re-ship the damaged items and/or packaging, your account will be charged for the shipping & handling charges.
